Q: What's the going square foot price of a new home?
A: If Osborn Home Builders were a production builder that built the same old house everyday, we could answer that rather quickly. But your home will not be a "cookie cutter house", it will be uniquely YOUR HOME. To really get accurate pricing we need a working set of plans with everything that goes into the home, lot information, area where home is to be built, etc. Then we could arrive at an accurate cost. That is why it is important to talk with you many times to understand your desires, wants, needs and dreams.
Q: What is the price range of your homes?
A: The price of a new home built by Osborn Home Builders usually falls in the $199 - 600k range, depending on location, size, and optional features.
Q: I'm not sure if my current home will sell in time for us to start building a new home with Osborn. Do you take contingencies?
A: Yes, we understand that life doesn't always hand us perfect timing. We are happy to discuss a contingency with you.
Q: This is our first home, and we need help making some of the choices - not just what some salesman wants to sell us, but what we actually need for our lifestyle. Do you have people who can help with this?
A: Yes, one of the things that set Osborn Home Builders apart from other builders is that from the start of our relationship with you, we consider your lifestyle and needs throughout the process. It is part of our woman-centric approach to doing business. How you will actually live in the house from day to day is important, and our team will be happy to help you make choices that will not only be deeply satisfying for you now, but will also ensure the re-sale value of your home in the future.
Q: As time passes, we may want to move into a bigger home. Are you aware of what choices we need to make now in order to improve our chances of selling our house later?
A: New homes constructed by Osborn Home Builders are solidly built, made to last a lifetime and beyond. Furthermore, with the Osborn family being so involved in the building and real estate community, we are very aware of not only current styles, but what future trends are likely. We are happy to advise you in your choices to help you ensure continued value.
Q: We are getting ready to retire and looking to downsize from our current home. What options are available to us?
A: We will work one on one with you to custom build your new home. Whether you need to make room in the garage for the boat or need flexible rooms that can change their purpose with your changing needs, we take your ideas and make them a reality. That's why it is very important for us to use a woman-centric approach and take the time to really understand what "makes your home a home".
